Compress Road. KARR, 82, died September 13 at the Artesia Good Samaritan Center. Burial will be at Twin Oaks Memorial Park in Artesia. She was born May 20, 1917, in Jacksboro, TX, to Earl Weaton Brisco and Jackie Marie (Hill) Brisco. She married S.G. Karr in Deming, NM, on September 20, 1948. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Artesia. Survivors include her husband of the family home; sons Sam Karr and Tony Karr of Artesia and Ranger Karr of Williams, AZ; daughters Jo Ann Brisco of Midland, TX, Mickey Casey of Las Cruces, NM, and Janis Karr of El Paso, TX; brother Buck Brisco of Canutillo, TX; sisters Lucille Hutchinson, Roberta Williams, Alma Doiser and Delma Mae Smith, all of Texas. Kelly, 92, died January 24 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. Burial will follow at Twin Oaks Memorial Park with Eastern Star Graveside Rites. Whe was born March 20, 1907, near Weed, NM. She married Nathan T. Kelly Jr. on March 25, 1929, in Artesia. He preceded her in death in 1977. She was a member of First Christian Church for over 70 years and was an active member of Eastern Star until 1998. Survivors include son Stephen Kelly of Lake Jackson, Texas; daughters Barbara Walker of Albuquerque, NM, and Norma Jean Sanders of Odessa; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great- great-grandchildren. Kinnibrugh, 66, died November 8 at Artesia General Hospital. She was born June 16, 1933, in Ringland, Okla., to Horace Greely Buchanan and Norma Ruby Morgan Buchanan. She married Orthell Kinnibrugh on March 11, 1950, in Carlsbad, NM. She was a baptist. Survivors include her husband of the family home; sons Randy Kinnibrugh, Arvin Kinnibrugh and Tracy Kinnibrugh, all of Artesia; daughters Debra Sallee and Becky Crockett, both of Artesia; brothers Bruce Buchanan of Hobbs, NM and Richard Buchanan of Denver, Colo.; 12 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Kintz, 92, died on October 20 in the St. Anne Home in Greensburg. A funeral mass will follow at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Greensburg. Interment will follow the service, at Greensburg Catholic Cemetery, Hempfield Township, Pennsylvania. Kintz was born on November 21, 1906, in Floresville, Tex., to Jesse and Theresa Hayden Parrish. She was a former member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Artesia and Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Lake Arthur. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John G. Kintz in 1992; daughter Theresa Filliat; and brothers Ivan, Theodore, Oswald, Chester and Anthony Parrish. She is survived by sons John A. Kintz, wife Katherine, of Enid, Okla., and Dr. J. She was born July 17, 1935, in Carlsbad to John T. and Delaney Fuson Grady Sr. She had been a member of Order of Eastern Star, Assembly of God Church and was a school bus driver in Mountainair. "Bill" Knight, 70, on January 8, at West Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation will take place. Knight died January 5, at Odessa Medical Center, Odessa, Texas. He was born on January 1, 1930, in Brady, Texas, to Jim and Mayme Stapleton Knight. He was raised and educated in Odessa for most of his childhood. He married Allie McGuire on August 3, 1949, in Odessa, Texas. He was drafted into the Marine Corps in 1952 and served two years in Korea. He was a member of the VFW No. 8703 in Carlsbad. He was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Cree. Kuettner of Georgetown, Ga. Kuettner, 81, died on November 17 at Lakeview Community Hospital in Eufaula. He was born on July 5, 1918, in Comfort, Tex., to Lydia Drees and Max Kuettner. He was a US Army veteral of WWII. He fought in the Battle of the Bulge and received the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. He lived in Artesia from 1960 to 1980. He is survived by his wife, Maxine Kuettner of Georgetown, Ga.; daughter Lydelle Morris of Georgetown; sons Howard Drees Kuettner, Jr. of Athens, Ala., and Paul Richard Kuettner of Buena Vista, Va.; sister Easter Burton of Colorado Springs, Colo.; eight grand- children and 11 great-grandchildren. *********************************************************************
